  • What is a "Contract of usage" and how is it different from a regular rental agreement?
    A "Contract of usage" allows guests to utilize the property for a specific period without the commitments of a traditional long-term lease. It provides more flexibility for both the property provider and the guest.
  • How long can I stay in an A/NTERIM property?
    This Depends on your chosen location. Usually our Contracts are capped at a maximum of 2-3 months.
  • Can I extend my stay once it has started?
    Upon availability, a stay extension under a new contract is possible. However, possibility, availability and fares are not guaranteed.
  • How do I book a room or apartment?
    You can begin the booking process by filling out the registration form on our website. After review, we'll get in touch to discuss details and finalize your booking.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    At the moment we work solely with Direct Bank Transfer. However, we are working on implementing Credit Card Payments to improve your experience and booking process.
  • Why is there a 50% deposit required?
    The 50% serves as an insurance in the case of damages to the furnishings, amenities of the apartments other properties of the Anterim GmbH. It also serves as a security to ensure efficient handover processes.
  • When do I need to pay the full amount for my stay?
    The complete amount for your stay is required to be paid upfront before your arrival.
  • Are the properties furnished?
    Yes, all A/NTERIM properties are thoughtfully furnished, prioritizing simplicity and sustainability.
  • What amenities are included in my stay?
    All properties come with fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms. However, guests need to bring personal items like bed linens and towels.
  • Do I need to bring my own bed linens and towels?
    Yes, for hygiene reasons, we ask guests to bring their own bed linens and towels.
  • How many other guests will I be sharing common areas with?
    This varies by property, but typically, you'll share common areas with occupants of two other units.
  • Is there a cleaning fee?
    Yes, a one-time cleaning fee is applied, ensuring properties are clean and welcoming for all guests.
  • What's the policy on pets?
    Pets are not allowed in our Units.
  • Can I invite guests over?
    Yes, guests can invite over a limited number of 2 visitors. Over night stays are allowed for only one person and are to be communicated with us and to be registered. Guest Stays which exceed 2 nights are charged with a CHF 25 charge per Night and require a registration of the guests.
  • Are there any quiet hours or other house rules I should be aware of?
    Yes, quiet hours are typically from 10 pm to 7 am. We also have a house rules document which all guests should familiarise themselves with upon arrival.
  • Where are your properties located?
    Our properties are strategically located in key areas of the city. Specific addresses can be found on our website.
  • How do I access the property? Will I receive a key or a code?
    You'll be provided access details closer to your move-in date, which may include a physical key, an access code or a chip, depending on the property.
  • Are the properties secure?
    Absolutely. Security is a top priority, and all properties are equipped with secure locks and, where applicable, security systems. Fire extinguishers and Fire blankets are provided in every apartment.
  • What if something gets damaged during my stay?
    Guests are responsible for any damages they cause. We encourage you to report any incidents promptly.
  • Are there any emergency contacts I should be aware of?
    Yes, upon check-in, you'll be provided with a list of emergency contacts, including local authorities and property management.
  • Can I get a refund if I decide to leave early?
    Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for early departures.
  • What happens if I can't pay the full amount on time?
    Failure to pay the full amount on time could result in the cancellation of your booking. It's essential to communicate any payment issues with us as soon as possible.
  • Why are there maximum stay limits on your properties?
    Our concept focuses on temporary stays, allowing us to serve a broad range of guests and keep our accommodations flexible and available.
  • How do you ensure the properties are well-maintained?
    We conduct regular inspections and work with professional cleaning services to ensure hygiene and comfort. Additionally we have a network of craftsmen at quick disposal.
  • How is A/NTERIM different from other short-term rental platforms?
    A/NTERIM uniquely offers a flexible solution for mid- to short-term living spaces, focusing sustainable, well-designed spaces with clear, upfront terms, all while fostering community among its guests.
